Please consider the following before connecting to discuss things further.
- If a mistake is made at our end, either in terms of the prescription or style requested, a full refund or exchange will be offered.
- If the mistake is due to a third party, or a mistake with the initial details provided to us, we are unable to accept a monetary or material compromise.
- If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us with an image where we can clearly see the packing used, where it was left, and the current condition of the product. We will do our utmost to reach a satisfactory solution.
- If you find that your prescription is no longer valid, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return or offer an exchange.
- In the event of breakages during use of the product, we are unable to offer a refund or return.
