2.    Q: HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO KEEP YOUR PRICES SO LOW?

         A: By selling online, we do not have the same overheads that we would have if we owned a shop on a busy high street. We don’t have to maintain expensive eye testing machinery that is usually found in eyewear shops so in summary, it costs us less to run this business so we can afford to charge you less too.

3.    Q: HOW LONG WILL MY EYEWEAR TAKE TO ARRIVE ONCE THE ORDER IS MADE?

         A: From the moment you place your order, it will take up to 5 working days before you receive your preferred item(s).

 4.    Q: WILL I GET THE ORIGINAL CASE AND CLOTH WITH MY EYEWEAR?

         A: Yes, whatever you’d expect to get from purchasing eyewear in a high street shop, you can expect to get from us! So long as your chosen brand provides us with accessories such as a designer case and cloth, we will include both! In addition, we will also include a Certificate of Authenticity for peace of mind. Please be aware that if your chosen brand includes a soft designer case as part of their package, we cannot exchange it for a hard case.

5.    Q:HOW CAN I REACH YOU IF I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEBODY ABOUT MY ORDER?

6.    Q: HOW CAN YOU HELP IF MY SPECS NEED ADJUSTING?

        A: If you require a minor adjustment to be made, most high street opticians will gladly do this for you free of charge or for a minimal fee otherwise just give us a ring or email us to arrange an appointment!

7.    Q: DO YOU SELL VARIFOCAL/BIFOCAL LENSES AND IF SO HOW DO YOU TAKE THE NECESSARY MEASUREMENTS?

        A: Yes! We have all the latest technology to take you through all lens and measuring options so get in touch and we can discuss with you the best ways of doing this. Digital methods are far more accurate too and certainly more cost-effective!

8.    Q: DO YOU INCLUDE A WARRANTY WITH ANY PURCHASES I MAKE?

        A: Indeed we do! Providing the damage is not accidental, down to misuse or scratched lens, we offer a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty with all our products. For any defects discovered after the 14 day period following purchase, a set handling fee of £14 applies for reparations or replacements. In order for the product to be considered for repair or replacement under warranty, the item mustbe sent back to us for consideration. Regarding prescription eyewear, we can only cover lenses glazed by our own glazing lab so please be aware of this during your time of purchase. Our team here will aim to repair/replace and return your item quickly so as not to keep you waiting.

9.    Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

         1.    Non-Prescription Eyewear                                   

                Providing you decide to return your sunglasses or frames (without prescription lenses) within a 7day period from the day you receive them, we are happy to refund you but please be aware that we consider it your responsibility to get them to us on time. If however, your item gets delayed or lost in the post and arrives late, we will not be able to accept. It’s advised that you use a guaranteed delivery service to eliminate any chance of this happening. Postage fees will not be refunded and a small fee of £7.50 will be charged for the restocking of the item.

         2.    Prescription Eyewear             

                The same (as shown above) applies to prescription orders but exceptions are made to bespoke lenses which have been made especially for you. In the unlikely event that a mistake has been made on our behalf with your lenses/eyewear, we guarantee a full refund and we will even pay for any incurred postage costs.
